Beginning of winter 2015
After a two week break in October where I got married to my new wonderful wife Amy. Who has been a great support through the highs and lows this year. I am now back in full flow with the winter training including afew sessions on the rollers in my shed to work on my weaknesses. I have recently travelled to Hannover to do some testing with Dr Ralf Lindschulten. To find out what my strengths and weaknesses are and how I can improve. In the coming days my new carbonbike.ch will be arriving. I would like to thank everyone who has donated to my gofundme page so far. I am still currently looking for sport and any donations are gratefully received on. Www.gofundme.com/brianalldis to help me pay off my new bike and to help me race more next year. I recently won the Suffolk Sports personality of the year I would also like to thank everyone who voted for me I was amazed to have won. Thank you
Sunday 4th October
National Tt Cuckney Nottinghamshire. After an early depart from home at 6am in the morning and afew diversions on the way up we arrived at the Time trial course. After a drive around the course I decided this was a good course for me to have a chance of winning the Title again.
My start time was at 11.19 meaning I was the last of the hand cyclist to set off. I started well pulling in the first two riders who started 1 minute in front then 2 minutes in front after 3km of 24km meaning I had won the title in my category. I then set about chasing down all the other hand cycles which I managed to do by the end of the time trial. Winning the overall handcycle race by 5 minutes and my classification by 8 minutes. This was a great end to the season. It has been an up and down season but It has made me more determined for next year. If anyone would like to support me please feel free to donate at www.gofundme.com/brianalldis or please contact me through www.alldis.co.uk. Any sponsorship would be kindly appreci
On Saturday 26th September and Sunday 27th september
I completed in Prague para cycling European circuit.
On the Saturday it was the road race which was 8 laps of a 4km circuit equally a total distance of 36km the race started and I blended into the pack conserving energy before we hit the first of two hard climbs each lap. I moved up to second position on the first climb sitting behind first comfortably. We worked together to open a nice gap after 4 laps where I decided to break away from my rival and held him off to take the win in 1 hour 15 minutes.
The next day came the time trial which was two laps of the same course i knew I was in good shape and I just needed to pace it. Clocking the first lap in 8minutes 58 seconds and second lap 9 mins 02 which earnt me the race win by over 40 seconds and the overall win as well. With fellow British rider Steve Arnold in third overall
My next race is next Sunday which is the national time trial where I will be defending my title again. This will be my last race of the season in my off time I will be getting married to Amy. Then I will be back in training in November.
On Sunday 12th September I took part in the Handcycle gp monza which was around the famous racing f1 circuit my classification had 33 entered. With my fellow British rider Steve Arnold taking part to we both started on different sides of the start line and as soon as the whistle went we merged at the front with myself controlling the pace for the first 1km of the 5km circuit. When I merged back into the pack Steve let me in so I didn’t lose to much ground. The race development over the next 3 laps down to a leading group of 4 riders. Coming up to the start line for the 4th time I attacked the group which unfornately dropped Steve of the pack as athos from Switzerland counterattacked. Leaving a group of 3 myself athos and an Italian as we came to the bell the race went tactical with no one wanting to work to hard. Going around the last bend I ended up on the front of the group meaning I had to started the sprint. I started the sprint with 600m to go holding off my rivals and getting the win. My next race will be in Prague on the 26th 27th September then my last race will be the national time trial championship in Nottingham 4th October
I would like to thank revel outdoors ,west Suffolk wheelers and wowcustom. Also if anyone would like to donate my gofundme page is www.gofundme.com/brianalldis
On Monday 31st August I took part in the Southend crit race it was an hour of a 2km circuit with a really big hill towards the finish. The race started with wet roads but no rain falling, at the start I took the first half at the front with Steve Arnold taking over and taking the pace up the first hill. I then took over and on the second climb I dropped him and started opening a gap. The heavens then decided to open. Which started to make it hard to see with the course getting flooded and what seemed like a river coming down the hill. I didn’t want to throw away my race win so I didn’t take any risks on the fast decent or the technical bit of the course. I won the race by over a minute which I’m pleased with how the conditions were against us. I would like to thanks revel outdoors and to the people who have already donated to my gofundme page. My next race is on the 14th September in Italy on the formula one circuit at Monza. Thanks to amy Hempstead for being there to support me at the race.
On Sunday 16th August I took part in the British national road race championship to defend my road title which I have now held for over 2 years. This year the race was held in Hillingdon on a 1km circuit for 1 hour from the start I attacked riding away from my rivals lapping everyone apart from 2nd 3rd and 4th who I missed out on by just under 100m. I’m really pleased to of won the title and to be able to race in my wowcustom west Suffolk wheelers and triathlon club Jersey with the British stripes.
Next up is a road race in Redbridge then a road race in monza on the F1 track and to defend my time trial national title in October

This year it was an all British field over the 15 mile circuit from Kingston to the mall. I attacked from the start building a gap to the 11 mile marker of 1 min 30 seconds. Taking the win on the mall was amazing. I won’t by over 1 minute 15 seconds. My next race is on the 16th August which is to defend my national title in the road race in Hillingdon. At the moment I am seeking sponsorship to help me travel more and to get a new bike anyone wanting to sponsor please contact me.
